Q 6: Can I bring professional cameras and video recorders to the performance?

Except the authorised media partners, professional camera and video equipments are strictly prohibited. In Music reserves the right to keep any unauthorised professional camera and video equipments until the end of the performance. In Music would not hold responsible for any damage or loss of the equipments.

Q 7: Can I use my MOBILE PHONE / TABLETS to take pictures or videos of the performance?

No, you cannot. Unauthorised photo-taking, audio and/or video recording is strictly forbidden during the performance. The show is protected by copyright laws and taking unauthorised still photos, video and audio recordings is a violation of these. In Music reserves the rights to hand-over persons suspected of undertaking the above-mentioned unauthorised activities to law-enforcement officials. Any unauthorised photos, recordings, tapes, films and/or similar items may be confiscated and destroyed.

Q 8: How early should I get there?

As a rough guide, we suggest you to be at the venue at least an hour and half before the advertised starting time.

On a busy night there can be as many as 5000 people in the venue. Be sure to allow enough time to find parking, buy your tickets, make your way to the venue, order your interval drinks and find your seat.

Q 9: What happens if I'm late for the show?

Due to the nature of live entertainment, trying to find your way to your seat once a show has started can seriously disrupt both the audience and the performers on stage. Therefore, the performance will lockout which restricts anybody from entering the auditorium until a suitable break in the performance.

The best advice: Please arrive early to ensure a perfect experience.

Q 10: My tickets have been lost or stolen, can I replace them?

No, you cannot. In Music does not hold any responsible for the lost or stolen tickets. In Music reserves the right to deny your admission. Please keep your tickets safe and protect them from getting wet.

No, you cannot. A refund or exchange of a ticket is not applicable as a result of a change in your personal circumstances or a change of mind.

Q 12: Can I replace my E-ticket(s) to physical ticket(s) on site?

We do not replace E-ticket(s) to physical ticket(s) before the event nor on site. We highly recommend you purchase physical tickets through our authorised ticketing providers.

However, you could contact us at info@in-music.com.au AFTER the event. We will endeavor to replace one for you. An administration fee of AUD$20 for each replacement print ticket will be charged.

Q 13: Can I buy tickets through third party websites?

We strongly recommend that tickets are only purchased through Authorised Ticketing Service Providers. We advise against buying tickets through unauthorised third party websites that sell secondary tickets, as there is no guarantee that tickets sold through these websites will be valid for entry to an event.

Q 14: Can I sell my tickets using online auction sites like eBay?

No, you cannot. Tickets may not, without the prior written consent of In Music, be resold or offered for resale (including via on-line auction or other unauthorised resale sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the ticketholder of the ticket may be refused admission. In Music will use reasonable efforts to notify you of such action.

SCALPING WARNING: The resale of tickets in certain circumstances is governed by ticket sales legislation and may attract criminal penalties.
